We want you to be fully satisfied with your Brandon Blackwood purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns on full-priced, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original dust bag and box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
